Berry pudding porridge 1 cup oats (use gluten free if preferred) 14 fl oz. recently boiled water 11?2 cups frozen summer berries 1?3 cup vanilla flavor whey or rice protein powder Serves 2 257 calories 5g fat 31g carbs 22g protein Place the oats and water in a saucepan and place over a medium heat. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes. Add the berries, stir well and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add more water during cooking time if required. Remove from the heat and allow to stand for 10 minutes. Add the protein powder and stir rapidly, until well combined. Transfer to 2 serving bowls. Consume immediately.
