Gingerbread man smoothie

6.75 fl oz. unsweetened almond milk

½ a small frozen banana

¼ cup vanilla flavor whey or rice protein powder 5 ice cubes

1 tsp. vanilla extract

¾ tsp. ground ginger

½ tsp. ground cinnamon

¼-½ tsp. ground nutmeg

¼ tsp. ground cloves

Serves 1

Per serving: 192 calories 4g fat

17g carbs 22g protein

Place the ingredients in a blender and blend well until creamy.

Add more spices if required, to taste.

Serve.

Consume immediately.
