½ a small frozen banana
¼ cup vanilla flavor whey or rice protein powder 5 ice cubes
1 tsp. vanilla extract
¾ tsp. ground ginger
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
¼-½ tsp. ground nutmeg
¼ tsp. ground cloves
Serves 1
