Matcha green tea smoothie

3.5 fl oz. unsweetened almond milk

3.5 fl oz. green tea (brewed for 10 minutes and allowed to cool)

½ a small frozen banana

¾ cup frozen blueberries

? cup chocolate or vanilla flavor whey or rice protein powder (optional) 1 heaping tsp. cacao nibs (optional)

½-1 tsp. matcha powder

Serves 1

Per serving: 275 calories 3g fat

36g carbs 26g protein

Place the ingredients in a blender and blend well until creamy.

Serve.

Consume immediately.
