This tire workout is great for challenging you and really getting the heart rate going. It's filled with functional movements, tire flips, jumps and we even found a way to add burpees. Yes, burpees!

Quick Feet - 45 Sec
Tire Flips - 25 Reps
Squat Jump In + Out - 12 Reps
Tire Pull + Half Burpees - 12 Reps
Hop Overs - 6 Each Way
Shoulder Tap Variations - 25 Reps
This workout is great as a 1 round finisher or a 2 -3 round workout. How ever you use give your all and continue to CRUSH your goals!
